Paying for parking
Parking is paid for the plate you enter. Check the plate carefully: a wrong plate means your parking cannot be found. A convenience fee, if any, is shown as its own line before you pay.
Monthly permits
A monthly permit covers the vehicles you list for the dates shown on your receipt. One active permit per plate per lot. Renewal and refund rules are being finalized.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Notices
If you received a Notice of Non-Compliance, follow the instructions on it.
